Job Description:
Establishing and streamlining operational workflow for primary product Mister Suite, management of crowd working talent, improving and automating existing tasks, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline customer support workflow (domestic and crowd-based remote operators)
Maintaining area partner relations
Establishing recruitment flow for crowd operators
Analyzing and processing inquiry and feedback reports
*Company members strive to collaborate and share ideas on our service regardless of their position

Qualifications
Essential:
Experience planning, consulting, and implementing operation and service improvements
English (TOEIC score 860 or above, or equivalent qualification)
*You will be working in a primarily English speaking environment
Extra:
Experience assuming management/supervising responsibilities
Experience working overseas
Ability to take leadership roles in project planning
Familiar with travel and tourism industry
Experience in customer support operations
Knowledge of real estate industry
